What it is:

Flint the Dragonfly Boy is a toy modelled on the beloved characters in the Little Humbugs book series, by Canadian author and illustrator, Marghanita Hughes. 

With their bright metallic bodies, the Dragonfly Boys are incredible flyers, strong and courageous. The Boys are always getting into mischief and larking around. They are forever making things out of all the curious stuff the humans dump at the edge of the forest..

These beautiful dolls are responsibly made in China by a European owned manufacturer.  They are designed in Canada.

Filled with 100% recycled content made from recycled plastic bottles. The dolls hang tag doubles as a pledge to help look after the environment. Printed on recycled card.

Why we like it:

1.   The Little Humbugs are designed, by Marghanita Hughes, a CANADIAN author and illustrator whose goal and passion is to inspire children to reconnect with nature and watch the magic it creates.

2.   The recycled content and pledge to look after their planet help children to feel ownership and responsiblity for their choices.

3.  Pledging to help look after the environment in small ways like: "I will turn the water off when I'm brusing my teeth" help kids make a tangible difference that's easy to include in their regular routine.
