What is it:

Ballet Slippers with split sole.  Canvas upper with suede soles make this dance shoe very versatile and comfortable. Elastic cross-straps help keep the shoes on securely and elastic ties help customize your shoe to fit perfectly at the top front.  Suede toe designed to provide maximum wear.

Split soles offer more flexibility of the sole for growth and movement over the course of a dance season. However, many ballet teachers suggest using a straight sole with new dancers in ballet instead because it will help control their foot better.  Split sole can be used, but requires more foot/ankle control.  Straight sole shoes will be available soon!

Because the majority of dance studios require dancers to wear black shoes, we are only offering black at this time. If you would like to special order a different colour, please contact us for details.

Sizing Advice:

For sizing, please measure your foot from the end of the big toe to the farthest point of the heel and compare with the sizing chart below.  Dance shoes should fit securely without being tight for optimal fit and safety.  It is not recommended you buy "the next size up" for economy with dance shoes because the additional material at the toe or heel can affect stability and/or balance.
